Hi, I’m Mina. I currently serve as Senior Coordinator in Cinereach’s Narrative Initiatives department and consult with other organizations, using my background in social impact, economy building, and a love of arts & culture to craft narratives that challenge dominant systems and imagine liberatory futures. My work is highly bespoke, spanning programs, campaigns, events, impact tools, data visualizations, and creative projects that advance social transformation. The intersection of storytelling, narrative change, social and environmental justice, spiritual and moral imagination, and systems thinking is where I define my genius zone. My purpose lies in a spiritual conviction: the urgency to unravel the stories that underpin oppressive systems and design new narratives towards regenerative futures centering people and the planet. The different titles I hold are simply vehicles for me to exercise this purpose into reality.
